I never write recommendations for Anyone!    However, here I am writing a recommendation for Amy Miller. Why?   Because she is that Good!     Amy is excellent in her communication, pricing homes, and negotiation skills. Before real estate, I bought, renovated, and held investment properties. That is still how I walk a house.

I look at condition, quality of the work, and what a home will be worth later. A buyer I am working with now was drawn to a larger new construction lot. It backed a major road. We talked through what that does to resale and how an appraiser may see it. Most buyers never hear that until it is their turn to sell.

For more than two decades, the Southeast Phoenix Valley has been the backdrop to so many important chapters of my life: raising my children, building my career, investing in real estate, and now watching the next generation grow in the place that has shaped so much of our family history. It is home.

My path into real estate started with investing. Before becoming a Realtor, I found, renovated, and held investment properties, and I continue to invest today. That experience shapes the way I look at real estate. I like understanding the numbers, seeing the possibilities, and helping you figure out what makes the most sense for you and where you’re headed next.

I’ve navigated my own real estate needs through some of life’s biggest transitions, from growing a family and relocating to changing jobs, divorce, and wanting more from where I live. Those experiences have helped shape how I show up for you, with honest guidance, a solutions-first mindset, and a genuine commitment to be in your corner.

While real estate is what I do, it’s certainly not all that I am. I’m happiest with sunshine, a good walk, a great latte, or somewhere near the water. One of my favorite things is simply spending time with my family and watching my grandbabies grow up in the same place I’ve been lucky enough to call home.
